Student Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the UGC Grievance Redressal regulation notified in 11 April 2023, the existing committee is formed effective from the duration 01st May 2023 to 30th June 2025.

Student Grievance Redressal Committee CCE

  • A complaint from an aggrieved student relating to any CCE programme shall be addressed to this Committee.
  • The quorum for the meeting including the Chairperson shall be three.

When to raise grievance?

When issues related to programme, examinations, fees, grade sheet, etc of student is not resolved by following stages, then student can raise grievance.

Students are encouraged to resolve concerns or problems directly with the student support and programme coordinator through personal discussions and counselling.

How to raise grievance?

Aggrieved students can raise their concerns to this email id grievanceredressal@ddn.upes.ac.in or any of the committee members. Mention your enrolment number in the subject line of the email.

Any student aggrieved by the decision of the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of such decision. The email id to write to the Ombudsperson is ombudsperson@ddn.upes.ac.in
